Estoy escribiendo esta publicación a las 21 y 30 de este 31 de diciembre del 2009. Este ha sido un año de cambio y crecimiento para mí en todos los aspectos y niveles de mi vida. Y me siento muy agradecida por ello.

Mi META para el 2010:

Integrando mis dos Carreras le ofrezco ser su guía para empezar a ver su vida de otra manera mas positiva, teniendo la claridad que le permita determinar sus metas desde el hoy hacia el futuro para poder así:

1- Encontrar el sentido a su vida.

2- Sentirse seguro

3- Mejorar sus relaciones personales: consigo mismo y los demás

4- Definir sus proyectos de vida como individuo

5- Definir sus proyectos profesionales: inicio de un negocio o empresa o elección de una Carrera a seguir

6- Tomar las decisiones correctas como empresario, queriendo que sus empleados sean eficientes en su trabajo o facilitando una mejor comunicación a su alrededor.

7- Atraer la claridad de pensamiento y la luz para salir de la situación en la que hoy se encuentra y desde una nueva posición desde un ángulo nuevo, ver alternativas y posibilidades para crecer y cambiar su situación

SI UNO LO DESEA Y LO DECIDE PUEDE LOGRAR LO QUE SE PROPONE.

Todo esto se lo ofrezco a través de mi experiencia, mi propio trabajo, mis logros y el hecho de haber encontrado yo misma todo esto en mi vida.

Gracias por la confianza y creer en usted mismo para ser ambos co creadores de su nueva vida futura desde hoy, desde este inicio de un nuevo año que a la vez representa el inicio de muchas nuevas posibilidades en la vida de cada uno.

I am writing this publication at 9:30 pm the 31st., December 2009.
This has been a year of deep change and self growth for me at all levels of my life. And I am very grateful for that.

My GOAL for 2010:

Integrating my two Careers I offer you to be your guide to see your life in a different way, more positive, having the clarity that will let you find your goals from the now towards the future to be able to:

1- Find the sense of your life.

2- Feel Safe and Secure

3- Improve your personal relationships: with yourself and others

4- Determine your life projects as an individual

5- Establish your professional projects: Begin a Business, found a company or choose a Career

6- Choose the right decision as a Manager, wishing your employees to be efficient at work or facilitating a better communication around you.

7- Have the brightness of mind and the light to come out of the situation in which you are today and from a new position, a new angle, see alternatives and possibilities to grow and change the situation

IF YOU WANT AND YOU DECIDE IT, YOU CAN ACHIEVE WHAT YOU INTEND.

I offer you this through my experience, my own work, my accomplishments and the fact of having myself gained all this in my life.

Who is Esther?

Esther was born in Montevideo, República Oriental del Uruguay.

Chemical Engineer, Master of Science in Chemistry speciality Organic Chemistry and PhD by Thesis in Chemistry, worked in Research of Natural Products for many years.

35 years of experience as an Educator, Teaching: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry Organization and Time Management in different countries and languages to students of all levels from Schools, Colleges and Universities.

Specialist in HACCP Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points in food manufacture, Lead Auditor ISO 9000, and specialist in Quality Control Management Training.

Her second Career is in Kinesiology and Coaching, being a professional in Alternative Energy Medicine, with Certificates in TFH: Touch for Health, PKP: Professional Kinesiology Practice, NLP: Neurolingüistic Programming Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer, Licensed as a Trainer in NLP. Also studied EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques, today MTT: Meridian Tapping Techniques.

She owes certificates as Life Coach, Business Coach, Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach and Weight Loss Master Coach.

Dedicated to Research and Development during the past years in the fields of Self Help, Self Growth and Evolution, to help every person that interacts with her get MORE CLARITY CONFIDENCE AND SELFESTEEM to achieve ALWAYS FEEL GOOD, a subject she considers the Mission of her life.

Esther nació en Montevideo, República Oriental del Uruguay.

Es Ingeniera Química, con Maestría en Ciencias especialidad Química Orgánica y Doctorado por Tesis en Química, habiendo trabajado en investigación de Productos Naturales.

Se ha desempeñado desde hace muchos años como Docente en materias de ciencias tales como Matemática, Física y Química en diferentes países.

Es especialista en HACCP (APPCC: Análisis de Peligros y Puntos Críticos de Control) en la fabricación de alimentos, Auditor Líder ISO 9000, así como Especialista en Educación y en entrenamiento en Control de Calidad.

Su segunda carrera la ha desarrollado en Kinesiología, siendo profesional en medicina energética, medicina alternativa con las técnicas TFH: Touch for Health, Toque para la Salud, PKP: Profesisonal Kinesiology Practice, Práctica Profesional de Kinesiología, EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques, Técnicas de Liberación de Emociones, hoy llamadas MTT: Técnicas de golpeteo de meridiano, NLP Practitioner, Practicante de Programación Neurolingüística, NLP Master Practitioner, Practicante con Maestría en Programación Neurolingüística y NLP Trainer, Licenciada como entrenadora en Programación Neurolingüística.

Esther ha sido certificada como Coach: Life Coach, Business Coach, Social and Emotional Inteligence Coach y Weight Loss Master Coach, Entrenadora de Vida, de Negocios, en lo Social e Ingeniería Emocional, y en Control y Pérdida de Peso
